For years, I had to force a smile. I hated doing it. It just wasn’t genuine.
Was it because I wasn’t happy with who I was? Was it because I felt I didn’t fit in as a result of being socially eccentric?
Answer: Probably and probably.
I also struggled internally with a bombardment of ill-processed thoughts, I coped with a shroud of low level depression. I labored t0 find everyday happiness.
The anxiety and the fifty pound weight loss, in a matter of weeks, made other morbid options look glamorous. No, I’m not kidding.
